Welcome to our website!  The River is an exciting, nondenominational church conveniently located in the northland of Kansas City, just five minutes from Kansas City International Airport.  We are a Spirit-filled church that is passionate about Jesus Christ, in love with people, and actively engaged in sharing Christ in our world.  In short, we’re all about Christ, His Community, and His Cause!

You’ll quickly discover that we are a community that is alive—rich in the grace of Jesus Christ, and full of the Father’s love and Holy Spirit’s power.  It doesn’t matter to us how you look, what you’ve done, or where you’ve come from, you are simply welcome in this place.  At River of Life, our simple goal is to keep people focused on Christ, connect them to His power, and watch God transform their lives—it is brilliantly simple and fun to watch!
