Note: It is highly recommended that you make any hotel and flight arrangements for the America Equip 2012 Conference immediately. Kansas City will be hosting their largest convention, SKILLS USA, during the week of the America Equip 2012 Conference, so hotels “deals” will become very limited as we near the America Equip 2012 Conference.
SECURED HOTEL RATES FOR AMERICA EQUIP CONFERENCE:
Embassy Suites KCI and Homewood Suites KCI have reserved a total of 125 rooms for the America Equip 2012 Conference in Kansas City at a Family Rate of $99.00 per night. These secured rates are effectively immediately and reserved for the dates of June 21 thru July 1, 2012. This $99.00 Family Rate is defined by, 1-2 adults plus children (ages 0-17). Additional adults per room (ages 18 and over) will require an additional fee of $10.00 per adult. Both hotels provide very spacious accommodations, and a full, cook to order breakfast for each room occupant is included in the $99.00 Family Rate. This $99.00 Family Rate will cease on May 12, 2012, or once the 125 rooms have been sold. You will not be able to get this $99.00 Family Rate after May 12, or if all 125 rooms are sold before then.
